Simply fill out our pre-order form and submit your deposit. Once your order is confirmed, we'll handle the rest.
Deposits are non-refundable, as we secure your university directly in Japan based on your order. This approach ensures the freshest product for you. However, we can arrange a full refund of your deposit if the delay exceeds one day.
For the best taste and texture, we recommend enjoying your uni on the day it arrives. If you're not eating it right away, keep it in the fridge, sealed in its original tray or in an airtight container. Store it in the coldest part of your fridge (at 0–4°C), and do not freeze. While uni can stay fresh for up to 3 days, its flavor and quality are at their peak within the first 24 hours.
